Can I book a tour if I'm not staying at KAMEYA HOTEL?
The tours listed here start and end at KAMEYA HOTEL in Yunohama Onsen and are reserved for hotel guests. If you are not staying with us, we can still guide you — we arrange a separate plan at a different rate, so please email us with your dates and party size.
What's the difference between the Guide-Driven Rental Car and Chauffeured Car plans?
For Guide-Driven Rental Car plans, your guide drives a rental car, and you're charged only the actual rental, insurance, and fuel costs. For Chauffeured Car plans, a licensed chauffeur drives you in addition to your English-speaking guide, for a fully professional driving service.
Do I need to speak Japanese?
No. Every tour on this site is led by a local, English-speaking guide.
What should I bring?
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, especially for tours that include the stone steps at Mt. Haguro. Bring weather-appropriate clothing, as some itineraries are adjusted for rain, snow, or other conditions.
What is the cancellation policy?
