Travel Information (Guided Tours)

  • Vehicle: On request, transfers are provided in our company car (a Subaru Impreza wagon).
    • These transfers use the framework set out in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's "Guidelines on Transport Not Requiring Permission or Registration under the Road Transportation Act" (March 2024), under which actual costs may be collected for transport incidental to a tour or guiding service.
    • Our drivers hold a Gold licence and carry motor insurance with unlimited passenger coverage.
    • On request, we can also arrange a rental car driven by your guide, or a chauffeured car driven by a licensed transport operator.
  • Itinerary Changes: Please contact us if you wish to modify the itinerary, such as adding additional stops.
    • We will check feasibility and get back to you.
    • Additional fees may apply depending on the changes, which we will also notify you about.
  • Weather Conditions: In the event that safe travel becomes difficult due to heavy rain, typhoons, snowfall, etc., we will contact you in advance to modify the itinerary.
